Relocation Pros provides commercial moving services, including but not limited to corporate relocation, executive relocation, office moving, industrial moving, logistics, warehousing, 3PL solutions, expedited shipping, LTL, FTL, and emergency shipping. Our services are available to businesses and organizations in the United States.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Quotes and Estimates

• Non-Binding Estimates: Any quotes or estimates provided by Relocation Pros are non-binding and based on the information provided at the time of the request. The final cost of services may vary based on actual conditions, including the size, weight, and complexity of the move.
• Final Charges: The final charges will be determined after the completion of the move and may include additional fees for services not anticipated at the time of the estimate.

Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: To secure your moving date, you must confirm your booking with a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable). Relocation Pros will not reserve your moving date until all required documentation and payment have been received.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfers. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the move. Specific payment schedules will be detailed in your agreement.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees, and Relocation Pros reserves the right to withhold delivery of your goods until payment is received in full.

Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the items to be moved, access conditions at both the origin and destination locations, and any special requirements.
• Packing: If you choose to pack your own items, you are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled. Relocation Pros is not liable for any damage to items packed by the client.
• Access and Parking: You must ensure that there is adequate access and parking for our vehicles at both the origin and destination locations. Any additional costs incurred due to access issues are your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

• General Liability: Relocation Pros will perform the contracted services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Item Damage: While we take all necessary precautions to protect your items, Relocation Pros is not liable for damage to items that were not packed by our team or for pre-existing damage. In the event of damage caused by our team, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item, subject to the terms of our insurance coverage.
• Delays: Relocation Pros is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or unforeseen mechanical issues.

Insurance

Relocation Pros offers basic liability coverage as required by law. Additional insurance options are available and can be arranged upon request. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance coverage is in place for your move.

Force Majeure

Relocation Pros is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or governmental actions.

Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
